ASPIRE TO HEADSHIP A conference for aspiring primary, secondary and special school leaders  

Free to attend with a £200 bursary towards travel and supply costs for delegates from small schools (100 pupils or fewer) Open to all schools in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Peterborough, and Suffolk

Sarah Outen is an adventurer, author and speaker, passionate about sharing the good energy and lessons of her journeys and encouraging people to pursue their goals and spend more time outside.  Her latest book 'Dare to Do' will be available at the event.  Sarah has spoken at Aspire to Headship in the past and skilfully links her experiences with the challenges of leading a school.

The online application will ask you for questions you’d like to ask these heads please have a think about these before applying:  1) TBC – being the head of a TSA and providing School to School Support  2) TBC – developing your vision as a head  3) TBC – working with governors, the difference between leading a LA or MAT school  4) Rebecca Newman – being head of small schools, leading a church school and working within a diocese MAT  5) Nick Froy – being head of a trust school  6) Andy Presto – Leading a brand new school
