The National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML) is a national qualification that provides recognition of your leadership development and professional achievement as a middle leader. It is designed to support participants in becoming highly effective middle leaders with the skills, confidence and knowledge to drive successful team performance and improved classroom practice.

Analyse School Performance: The New RAISEonline

The DfE is replacing RAISEonline with the new "Analyse School Performance" (ASP) platform. In response, we are working together with TT Education to provide training and support through their one-day Analyse School Performance CPD course. Bring your data with you to this practical one-day workshop, taking place at Hampton Hargate School. You will learn how to use the new ASP platform and utilise your RAISEonline/ASP data to write evaluation comments for your schools SEF and School Improvement Plan. This workshop normally costs £299, but we are delighted to be able to offer you places at half price - just £149.50 per attendee.

Maths in the EYFS - for Reception NQTs, new to Reception teachers and EYFS TAs.

This course will provide delegates with the opportunity to enhance their understanding of and provision for effective mathematical development in the early years.  In addition to exploring key concepts and skills, delegates will consider implications for learning environments, resources and adult support.  The course will be delivered over 2 half days and 1 twilight follow up session.

    NQTs will:

  • Develop their understanding of the importance of learning objectives and success-criteria, exploring a range of strategies for using them effectively in the classroom;
  • Understand the importance of using effective models for learning;
  • Explore collaborative learning strategies and ways to use talk within learning;
  • Explore ways of enabling effective self or peer evaluation of learning.
