Take an in-depth look at all the elements that contribute to an Early Years setting excelling in its provision. This one-day course encourages practitioners to evaluate their environment, ethos, learning opportunities, assessment and documentation. It aims to support leaders to manage change effectively, improving outcomes for all children.
We explore the range of enabling environments and how to improve outdoor provision. Attendees of the course are given the opportunity to reflect, evaluate and share practice to consider access and equality for all pupils and successful systems that support these.
“I loved the enthusiasm and encouragement to explore and create a wonderful learning environment for children.”
